01
The ledger balances or nothing moves
Every movement of money is written as two matching entries — where it came from and where it went. Your balance is calculated from those entries and never stored as a number someone could edit. An automatic check runs every hour and compares every account against its own history. If a single cent does not reconcile, it is flagged immediately.
02
6 checks before anything is listed
An opportunity cannot be shown to you until it has been through a documented review: who the operator is, whether the licence is real, whether the offtake contract exists, whether the numbers in the plan hold together. Checks specific to the asset class run on top. If something could not be confirmed, the listing says so on its own page rather than quietly omitting it.
03
Withdrawals only go where you said
You add a withdrawal address yourself and confirm it. A newly added address waits before it can be used, so an attacker who gets into your account cannot add one and drain it in the same sitting. Nobody at <?php echo e(\App\Support\Brand::name()); ?> can redirect a withdrawal to an address you did not enter.
04
The assistant cannot move money
This is not a policy we promise to enforce — no tool exists in the system that lets the AI execute a transaction. It can read your account and it can prepare an action, showing you every figure. Authorising it happens on a separate screen, outside the assistant, and runs because a person pressed a button. The limit is structural, so it holds even if the model is wrong or manipulated.
05
Two-factor, and re-asked when it matters
Lock your account with an authenticator app. Sensitive actions — changing a withdrawal address, moving real money — ask for it again even when you are already signed in, because a session left open on a shared laptop should not be enough.
06
Everything is logged and you can read it
Who did what, when, and from which address — on your account and on ours. Staff actions are recorded the same way yours are. Your own audit trail is yours to read whenever you want it.
Where we are not there yet
The limits, said out loud.
Custody is manual
Deposits are credited and withdrawals sent by people, not by a system watching the chain. That means a transfer can be delayed, and it depends on someone acting. We are building the automation; until it ships, this is how it works.
No compensation scheme
There is no deposit guarantee behind this platform and no fund that makes investors whole when a project fails. If an operator defaults, we pursue it — but we do not repay you on their behalf.
Verification is evidence, not a promise
Passing our checks means the documents and the numbers held up when we looked. It is not a guarantee of an operator's future conduct or competence, and we can and do suspend operators after listing them.
