AI assistant

An analyst on every account.

Most platforms bolt a chatbot onto a help page. This one is wired into your actual positions, the live inventory and the ledger. Ask it in writing or call it and talk — it answers from your real numbers, not from a brochure.

It cannot move your money. Not by policy — by build.

On a call

How am I doing this quarter?

Up 4.1% on $8,400 committed. Two distributions landed — $126 from the soy cycle and $94 from the poultry expansion. Nothing is overdue.

Find me something shorter than three months

Four match. The shortest is 1 month, minimum $10. Want me to compare the top two side by side?

Put two thousand into the best one

Prepared. $2,000, projected 22% annualised, payouts monthly. Nothing has moved — the figures are on your screen. Press authorise and I will place it.

Illustration of a real exchange. Figures are examples; the limits are not.

What it actually does

Four things, properly.

Reads your position

It opens your real holdings, your balance, your transaction history and your projected payouts. Ask "what matures next month" and it answers from the ledger, to the day and the cent.

Finds what fits

Tell it what you want — a term, a rate, an asset class, a maximum you can lock away — and it searches the live inventory rather than a cached list. It reads the same Investment Passport you would.

Does the arithmetic

Sizing a position, comparing two rates quoted on different bases, working out what a schedule actually pays and when. The sums people get wrong, done before you commit rather than after.

Talks back

Call it from inside your account and hold a real conversation — it hears you, answers aloud and there is an end-call button, like any phone call. Speech reaches exactly the same tools typing does.

The part that matters

Three levels. The third one does not exist.

Every serious objection to an AI near your money is the same objection: what happens when it is wrong, or when someone talks it into something. The answer here is not a better prompt. It is that the capability was never handed over.

LEVEL 1

Information

Reading. Your positions, your balance, the inventory, market prices, your own risk state. It can tell you anything about your account that you could look up yourself.

11 capabilities

LEVEL 2

Preparation

Filling in the form. It works out the amounts, the fees and the destination and puts them on your screen. Nothing has moved at this point, and it says so every time.

4 capabilities

LEVEL 3

Execution

Moving money. There is no such tool in the system. Not disabled, not permission-gated, not behind a flag — never written. A jailbreak cannot reach a capability that does not exist, and neither can a bug. The only code that moves your money sits outside the assistant entirely and runs because you pressed a button; it does not know or care whether an AI was involved.

0 capabilities

Nothing hidden

Every capability it has, named.

This list is read from the running system, not typed here. Switch a feature off in your admin settings and its capability disappears from this page too.

Level 1 — it can read this

Get Portfolio

The account holder's open positions: what they hold, what it cost, what it is worth now, and when each one matures.

Get Balance

How much the account holder can spend right now, what is still confirming on chain, and what is locked against a pending transfer.

Get Transactions

Recent activity on the account: deposits, withdrawals, investments, trades, distributions and maturities, with their current state.

Search Investments

Opportunities currently open to invest in.

Get Investment Details

The full Investment Passport for one opportunity: terms, liquidity, risks, and what the platform actually verified about it.

Get Market Data

Current prices and 24-hour moves for the digital assets the platform supports, with the time each price was taken.

Get Risk Information

What stands between this account and moving money: identity verification state, any hold on the account, and how concentrated the portfolio is.

Get Notifications

What the platform has told this account holder recently, and whether they have read it.

Get Withdrawal Addresses

List the addresses this account has saved to withdraw to, and whether each one is usable yet.

Get Deposit Status

Check deposits the account holder has told us about and where each one has got to.

Generate Report

A summary of the account: value, contributions, distributions received, fees paid, and what is expected in over the coming months.

Level 2 — it can prepare this for you to authorise

Prepare Investment

Prepare a commitment to an opportunity for the account holder to authorise.

Prepare Trade

Prepare a purchase of a digital asset for the account holder to authorise.

Prepare Withdrawal

Prepare a withdrawal for the account holder to authorise.

Prepare Deposit

Show the account holder how to fund the account.

Voice

Call it. Actually call it.

Not dictation, and not a voice note you wait on. You press call, it picks up, and you talk over each other the way people do. It hears you while it is speaking and stops when you cut in.

While you are on the call it is using the same capabilities listed above. Ask it to prepare an investment out loud and the figures appear on your screen to be authorised — by hand, the same as always. Your voice is not a signature.

It will not read a wallet address or a transaction hash aloud. A single mis-heard character sends money nowhere it can be recovered from, so those stay on screen where you can check them.

Live

Real-time speech, both ways

Interruptible

Cut in and it stops

Same tools

Speech reaches nothing extra

End call

One button, like a phone

What it will not do

The limits, said plainly.

It cannot move money

No tool exists that executes a transfer. Every action it prepares waits for you to press a button.

It is not advice

Nothing it says is a recommendation to buy. It is a very fast analyst reading your account; the decision stays yours.

It can be wrong

It is a language model. It can misread a question or reason badly. That is precisely why it prepares rather than executes — a mistake costs you a glance, not your capital.

It sees only your account

It cannot read another customer's positions, and staff cannot use it to act on your account.

It does not predict

It works with projections that operators submitted and we reviewed. It will not invent a forecast, and it says "projected" because that is what the number is.

Everything is logged

Each question, each capability used and each action prepared is written to your audit trail, which you can read at any time.

Your money could be working by tonight.

Open an account in two minutes. Fund it, pick something, and watch every dollar of it.
